Josh Lee

I am lucky enough to call myself a Realtor. With this title comes huge responsibility. Realtors get the opportunity to help people buy and sell one of their families biggest if not the biggest investment of their lives. 86% of Americans believe homeownership is part of their personal American dream. I take this responsibility very seriously. I do everything I can to make sure my clients get the best deal they can, with the least amount of problems. I make sure at every step of the process my clients know what is going on and feel comfortable. I take customer service seriously and always provide the best for my clients.

First Time Buyer

Buying a home can be a stressful process, and It can feel overwhelming. The thought of just looking into starting the process can bring on anxiety. Hopefully this survival guide will help ease your stresses a little bit.

So, in this home buyers survival guide, I go through the 7 phases of purchasing a home, and what to prepare for at every stage. I’ve wrote about this in the past, but I got into a little more detail with this one.

Ok, let’s get back on track here. This is the most important step of the process, because without this you cannot go any further. You need to be pre approved in order to put an offer on a property. And a lot of listing agents require the buyer to be pre approved before they set foot in a home. Listing agents do not want to inconvenience their sellers for buyers who are not qualified, makes sense right. That would be like me taking buyers to homes that home owners were not willing to sell.
